Programming
Based upon the anticipated future ministry projections of the church, an architectural program is created to identify the specific room area requirements to satisfy the anticipated growth including a Statement of Probable Construction Cost.
In views of the financial thresholds, a phased program is created to address renovations and/or new construction.
Master Planning
In an effort to evaluate of the current property and to determine it projected capacity, a meeting with the local municipality key staff is scheduled to completely understand the various requirements for the property. These requirements include zoning, variance or conditional use process, property line setbacks / buffer yards, landscaping, height limitations, lot coverage, utility availability, parking and building codes.
Based upon this information and the phased architectural program, a Master Plan is created to graphically depict the various phases on a site plan.
